LB Graphics recognizes that respecting user privacy over the Internet is of utmost importance. This privacy statement is designed to provide information about the privacy and data collection practices for the site: http://www.Lbgraphics.com. The Site is owned and operated by Harbor Supplies, Inc..

Identifying Information. In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an order, offer services that require registration, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you. Generally, LB Graphics requests identifying information when you:
- Register on any of our web sites.
- Place an order.
- Provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an idea or suggestion.
- Participate in a rebate program, contest, or other promotional offer.
- Purchase an intangible product for download
- Request information or files from technical support or customer service.
- NOTE: We also gather information when you submit a "Contact us" form. This information is only used for security purposes and is never reviewed unless the contact form is abused.
In these instances, LB Graphics will ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate information needed to provide you with these services. In all instances, if you receive a newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time.
As a rule we rarely do newsletters. But on occasion when we have new product releases, or technical information that needs updating regarding a product you purchased or may be interested in, we may send you this information.
What LB Graphics Will Do With Your Information.
If you choose to give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this information is retained by LB Graphics and will only be used by LB Graphics to support your customer relationship with us. We will not add you to a mailing list, or newsletter without your registration for this service. We will only contact you if further information is required from you to complete an order or service.
What Others May Do With Your Information.
LB Graphics does not share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information provided through our Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations.
On-line Store. The LB Graphics On-line Store is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information. If you choose, you can set up an account. This will allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, we have designed the Sites to include certain steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections in an account. You will always have access to this account information and can view it, update it or correct it at any time. To access your information, you will need to use a password.
When purchasing products through the our web site, the order form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number. However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify nformation on a product you ordered.
Third Party Links.
LBGraphics does provide links to other sites. Other Internet sites and services have separate privacy and data collection practices. Once you leave LBGraphics.com, we cannot control, and have no responsibility for, the privacy policies or data collection activities at another site.
Cookies. At times, we will use a feature on your web browser to send your computer a "cookie". We do not use cookies to retrieve any personal information from your computer. We only use cookies to learn ways to enhance our Sites, and to give you better, more personalized service while in our web site. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is sent. However, some functions of the Sites will not function if you refuse cookies. These areas of our web site will have information posted about cookies, and when a cookie will be uploaded to your computer. Or check the Tool bar on your browser.
Children's Privacy Protection.
LB Graphics is sensitive to the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13. The vast majority of the material on our web site is not intended for children and is not targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children and, if we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we will remove this information from our database.
Changes to this Policy.
LB Graphics may from time to time revise its privacy policy. You should therefore periodically visit this page, so you are aware of any such revisions. We will not, however, use your existing information in a manner not previously disclosed. You will be advised and have the opportunity to opt out of any new use of your information.

Credit Card Personal Information Security.
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
By using PayPal , or any one of our other payment services, your personal credit card information will not be given to LB Graphics. We will never have access to your credit card/payment information. Did Not Receive Product International Orders: In recent times we have experienced difficulties with lost International Shipments. Orders placed shipped outside the US can be tracked ONLY to the Customs Department in the customers country. From there, we have no control. Prices for International Shipping have soared and the quality of service has declined. Given these circumstances, we WILL NOT GUARANTEE the package will arrive if shipped outside the US. NO REFUND, REPLACEMENT or ADJUSTMENT of any kind can be provided for non-domestic shipments.
Returning a product
Most of our products are "Fabricated on a per-order basis" and to your personal specifications. In these instances we must maintain a "No Returns, No Exchange policy.
Our graphics are made to fit your application and are therefore un-sellable to another customer.
On products that we do allow returns, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at lbg@lbgraphics.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Item product number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, LB Graphics accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. LB Graphics cannot accept returns or exchanges on any CUSTOM Fabricated product except in regards to faulty workmanship or material quality. If this is the case, we will replace defective with new once we have inspected the product in question.
If an RMA number is issued, it will include the proper shipping address.
The above address is for general mail only. No packages are accepted at that address.
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to LB Graphics on returned items, and LB Graphics will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back to the customer.

If you receive an RMA number via email, that email will contain the address to ship the product to. NO shipments will be accepted if sent back without the RMA number prominently posted on the container.

Nor will returns be accepted if sent to the wrong address.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at LB Graphics discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
